It’s time for our Annual Picnic in the Pasture! We will enjoy socializing and gearing up for the 2024 election on June 9th, 5:30 – 8 pm. The picnic will be held in the lovely pasture of a South Washoe DEMS Member in Washoe Valley.Bring some cash for our raffle of a basket filled with specialty items: $5 for 5 tickets, $20 for 20 tickets. Earnings from this raffle will support our SWDems operating costs for our meetings and special projects.
As in the past, we will be collecting donations for those in need in our community. We are collecting small bottles of water for the residents of The Cares Campus during construction. We are also collecting women’s underwear and bras (bras can be gently used) for the guests of the Our Place shelter.
