Legislative Session Preview and Website Tutorial
The 2023 Legislative Session begins on February 6, and now is the time to learn about Democratic priorities and how to use your voice to participate in the legislative process.
Join South Washoe DEMS at 6 PM on Monday January 30 via ZOOM for a preview of the 2023 legislature and a training session on how to use NELIS, the website to track bills.
Assemblywoman Natha Anderson, a member of the Ways and Means, Revenue, Natural Resources, and Education Assembly Committees will join us to share insights about Democratic priorities in the 2023 session.
Dr. Sondra Cosgrove, Executive Director and Chair of the Board for Vote Nevada, will join us to provide a tutorial on how to use the Nevada Electronic Legislative Information System, NELIS, to stay connected and involved with what is happening in Carson City.
